#487 – Add notes on Bulk Transactions entries
The employee has the option now to enter notes for the day. These notes are saved in the last transaction generated for that date so the supervisor or manager can read them and update them if needed.
PTO Plans
#488 – New option to change the accrual date
A new option is in the PTO Accrual configuration of the PTO Plans that allows to override the Company Accrual Rollover Date and use Employee dates instead. If the override is set up the accrual can be done on the employee’s Hire Date, Anniversary Date or Benefit Date.
#8107 – PTO Rollover (Carryover) date
PTO Rollover (Carryover) Date by defined date.
Clock Application
8184 – Enforce Schedule
Added “Enforce Schedule” to Clock Application.
Remaining Lunch
Add remaining lunch time to message when minimum lunch time is not met.
8960 - PTO Request time in employee Timezone
added a new configuration code called.
‘PTO|USE_EMPLOYEE_TIMEZONE_FOR_RequestDate’.
– 1 to use the Employee Timezone.
– 0 to not use the Employee Timezone.
– if the code doesn’t exist, it is the same as 0.
Time Clock Server
Add option in Time Clock Server 9 to require Level but allow an empty level selection.
Add an endpoint to clock API to receive clock logs.
HRNext
Create an endpoint for user accounts creation from HRNext app.

Totals for all employees has been added on last page of the report (see fig 5). This total can be disabled in the report options by checking “Hide Full Totals”.
