TreeRing Time is a time and attendance tool that lets teams track their work duration, vacation, holidays and overtime easily. All you have to do is DM @ treering_time_bot with your request for time off, or a simple ‘in’ and ‘out’ message to log your hours. The bot records time worked and time off, and even submits requests for approval straight to the relevant manager.
TreeRing Time’s Slack integration brings you all of its key self-service features, including Slack notifications instead of emails, and the ability to approve and manage absences from within Slack. Most of the reporting still happens within TreeRing Time.
Your Slack team can use the commands “in” , “out” , “start lunch”, “end lunch” to clock in, clock out or late lunch. There are also commands “start break” and “end break” for break. There’s a lot more you can do too. For example, you can request time off by using the command “leave from 1-23 to 1-25”.
