PrimeTime is joining TreeRing Workforce Solutions—the original creators of both PrimeNet and TreeRing Time. This brings the platform “back home” to the team that built it.
2. Why is this happening?
This merger allows us to bring PrimeTime customers onto a platform supported by a larger development and support organization, ensuring continued innovation, stability, and long-term growth.
3. Will my service be interrupted?
No. Your current services will continue without disruption. Our teams are aligned to ensure a smooth and seamless transition.
4. Will my account manager change?
Yes, Clients can get hold of their account manager by emailing sales@treeringws.com by calling 1-855-861-4381
5. Will my support experience change?
You’ll keep working with the same trusted contacts, now supported by a larger TreeRing team—so you can expect quicker response times and access to broader expertise.
Support is available Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time, excluding the following holidays: New Year’s Day (observed), Presidents’ Day (observed), Memorial Day, Independence Day (observed), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day (observed).

6. Will pricing change?
There are no immediate changes to your current pricing. Any future updates will be communicated clearly and well in advance.
7. Do I need to take any action right now?
No. There is nothing you need to do. We will guide you step-by-step through the future transition to the TreeRing Time branding.
8. What benefits will I see?

9. Will the system I use today change?
Not immediately. Over time, the product branding will transition to TreeRing Time. PrimeNet and TreeRing Time are the same core product with different branding, so you will continue to enjoy all the features and functionality you rely on today.
10. Is my data secure?
Yes. TreeRing Time is built and hosted on the highly secure and globally trusted infrastructure of Amazon Web Services (AWS). By leveraging AWS, TreeRing benefits from enterprise-grade security controls, including data encryption in transit and at rest, continuous network monitoring, advanced threat detection, and rigorous physical data center protections. AWS environments are designed to meet some of the most stringent global compliance standards, ensuring that client data is handled with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
In addition, TreeRing Time utilizes AWS’s scalable and redundant architecture to deliver high availability, automated backups, and disaster recovery capabilities—minimizing downtime and protecting critical workforce data. Combined with TreeRing’s own application-level security practices, this creates a layered, defense-in-depth approach that keeps customer information safe, secure, and always accessible.
11. Will there be any changes to billing?
Yes. Billing will transition immediately to TreeRing Workforce Solutions. Monthly invoices will be sent via email from our billing system at billing@TreeRingWS.com.
Invoices will include convenient options to pay online via ACH or credit card. Our preferred payment method is ACH; however, you may also pay by credit card or check.
