RMA Request Form

Please complete form below to initiate your product return.

Product Return Process

  1. Complete RMA Request Form.
  2. A RMA approval form will be send to your email along with a RMA number.
  3. Print RMA approval form and ship it along with your product to indicated address.

Note :

  • One RMA form only valid for a single product with a single serial number.
  • Do not send your product before receiving an RMA approval.
  • Do not send power supplies, wall mounting hardware or any peripherals unless instructed to do so.
  • If the item is defective out of the box, a new replacement will be sent to the customer. All other replacement items will be refurbished.
  • If damaged unit is not returned, customer will be charged retail value of the item(s).

Hardware Support and Service Conditions

Customer is responsible for shipping charges; express shipments are available. Any damage caused by accidental or intentional physical damage, liquid spillage, insect infestation, mis-use, abuse, or altered serial number, is not covered by hardware support warranty. Broken seal and damage from non-authorized repair person are not covered by warranty.

Warranty does not cover “no problem found” diagnosis, a service fee of $ 30.00 will be applied if no problem is found upon inspection. Supplies, such as badges or accessories, are not covered by warranty.
