How Can We Help?
RSI-Hand-Punch:
- Time clock will need a “Network Drop” for connectivity.
- Time clock will need an 110V AC power outlet within 5 feet of the clock.
- Each clock must have an internal Static IP address.
- With multiple Hand-Punch units, each clock MUST have its own individual Public/External IP address (it may be necessary to contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to obtain multiple Public IP addresses).
- Open the firewall to allow traffic from TreeRing Time’s TimeClockServer with Public IP Address of: 174.129.220.45
- Open port 3001 TCP (for TreeRing Time’s Public IP address above).
- Make note of the Subnet Mask that the clock(s) are on. • Obtain the Router/Gateway IP Address.
- Hand-Punch units are 10 Mega bit ONLY. Clock(s) MUST be connected to a Switch/Hub that is 10Mb compatible. 10/100Mb auto-sensing devices are OK.
