#140 – Scheduling Template Edit
Bug fixing. When a schedule for “Thursday” was edited the day didn’t populate correctly on the edit form.
#121 – Employee delete functionality
In certain cases, the “delete” functionality for the employees errored and, as result, the employee was only partially deleted, generating errors on Timecard views.
#128 – Company edition error when modifying the decimals in time
When the setting “decimal in time” was modified the save errored because of a problem regenerating the Transactions table with the new decimal configuration.
#131 – Level Hierarchy plan / Rate matrix didn’t work if there was a double quote in a level code
If a levelcode contained a double quote (“) the “Level hierarchy plan” and “Rate matrix” set up pages errored and no action could be done.
#138 – Notes are lost when doing “Assign and Redistribute”
When a transaction with notes was reassigned or redistributed the notes were lost and replaced by text “undefined”.
Etimeclock
#99 – Level Hierarchy Plan (LHP) implementation on eTimesheet
Level Hierarchy plan was enforced only on eTimeclock entry. The LHP validations were added to eTimesheet entry for the level selections if the employee has a LHP assigned.
Employees
#1029 - Add to the employee details the mobile profile
The employee’s mobile profile setting was added to the employee details page so it can be set up per employee.
Timecard
#132 – Level5 not viewable in Timesheet and Pics is not optional
Column “Level5” was added to Timesheet and “Pics” was made optional, those columns can be added/excluded using the configuration “TIMESHEET|OPTIONAL_COLUMNS”.
Reports
#129 – “Who is in” report
Hire date was added to the report.
