Etimeclock

#182 – eTimesheet – error after grid is refreshed with the lunch field

BRM Rules

#194 – Unpaid break time BRM rule logic changed

The rule has been modified to deduct the break time from the worked time before calculating how much break time the employee is allowed. This way the rule will give time according to how much time the employee has worked and not by the time since the employee punched in and punched out.

Example:
The employee punches IN at 8:00 am.
Punches for break from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
Finally punches OUT at 1:00 pm.
The old rule was calculating from 8am to 1pm (5 hours) to estimate how many break time was the employee allowed. With the new modification, it will deduct the break time (1 hour from 10 am to 11 am), estimate how much break time corresponds to the actual worked time (4 hours) and deduct the remaining break time as UNPAID.
