How Can We Help?

#264 – Clock Status Widget

#263 – Add optional columns to “View Timesheet”

Added the possibility to show optional columns in the “View Timesheet” list. The optional columns are specified in the configuration “E_TIMESHEET|OPTIONAL_COLUMNS”

#290 – Multiple “OK” results on PTO Requests sabe

Modified multi-days PTO request confirmation. Instead of returning the result of saving each request individually, the system will now save all requests and return a list with the result of the saves.

Time Management

#269 – Added View PTO on Calendar View in PTO Request tab

New button on the “PTO Requests” tab in “Time Management” allows opening a dialog to view in a calendar the approved PTO Requests for the month. This dialog will show by default the current month, but offers the option of selecting other month / year.

#281 – Clear totals on Employee / Pay Period change

Added functionality to clear all totals and timecard information whilst loading the new pay period or employee to avoid confusion due to see the data of the previous employee/pay period.

BRM

#271 – Lunch Rounding by Lunch Duration

This rule allows defining a Lunch Duration and its lunch rounding time. If this rule is used, instead of rounding the start or end times what is going to be rounded is the duration of the Lunch. For example: If this rule defines a “Lunch Duration” to nearest 20 minutes the system will calculate, based on the actual lunch duration, what rounding to apply. If the employee took 27 minutes of lunch, the duration will be rounded to 20, if the employee took 33, the whole duration would be rounded to 40 minutes. If the employee takes exactly the amount of time specified in “Lunch Duration Minutes” this rule will leave the time as it is, so if the employee takes exactly 30 minutes, that’s going to be the lunch duration, it will not be rounded to 20 nor 40. BRM Rule: spBRM_PunchRoundingWithLunchDuration

#278 – Allow Automated Reports to send every 15 minutes

The time options have been modified to allow send automated reports every 15 minutes, along with the previous existing options.

#279 – Bug fix. Issue when editing multiple automated reports with the selected options

After saving an automated report configuration, the selected options remained selected and if other automated report was edited after that, the latest automated report options were added to the previous automated report options instead of clearing the selections and populating them just with the selected automated report to edit ones.

Bugs Fixed

When editing employees at the bottom of the list, the page scrolled to the top and the details employee were shown in the list place where you clicked on edit, so you had to scroll down the page in order to see the employee details.

#272 – Custom Reports Configuration shown incorrectly

Corrected issue with reports “Who is In By Dept” and “Who is In By Dept With Start and End Date” not properly saving custom filters selections.
